What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use denv: the shared inference endpoint, the console, the API, the CLI and the software that runs on your machines. By using denv you agree to them. If you use denv for an organization, you agree for it.

Your account and keys

Keep your keys secret. You are responsible for what is done with them. If a key leaks, revoke it in the console; usage made with it before you revoke it is yours.

Prepaid credit

• The shared endpoint is paid from prepaid credit you add by card. Usage is charged at the prices on the pricing page when the request is made.
• Prepaid credit is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
• If you turn on automatic top-up, you allow denv to charge your saved card the amount you chose whenever your credit falls below your threshold. You can turn it off at any time.
• When your credit reaches zero, requests are refused until you add more.

Platform fee

If you run denv on your own cloud above the free number of GPUs on the pricing page, you pay the fee stated there, billed monthly. You pay your cloud provider for machines directly.

Price changes

We may change prices. A new price applies to usage after it is published on the pricing page.

No service level agreement yet

denv is early. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise any level of uptime, latency or throughput, and we offer no service credits. The service is provided as is.

Acceptable use

Do not use denv to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• harm, harass, defraud or exploit people, or make content that sexualizes minors;
• send malware, spam, or attacks on any system, including ours;
• get around rate limits, billing or security, or share keys to resell access we have not agreed to;
• break the license of a model you call.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account, or revoke keys, when we see abuse, a breach of these terms, unpaid fees, or a risk to the service or to others. Where we can, we tell you first.

Your data

What we keep from your requests is in the data policy. What you send and receive is yours, and you are responsible for having the right to send it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, denv is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. denv's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid denv in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We post the new version here; using denv after that means you accept it.
